It's a interesting thought, what is #meditation?
#Meditation comes from when one enters the silence of themselves. You can have music on, or not. It comes down to lowering the brain waves, so you can access a relaxed state and enter that realm of unknown. I don't class guided #meditation, as regular meditation. Guided #meditation is journeying from my perspective.
To go into meditation, one must clear the brain noise and use breathing to get into a nice dreamy state. There are many tools and techniques to help get into #relaxation. One of them is imagining yourself on a swing at a park. With each swing, you become more #relaxed. It's about feeling comfortable for the person who is doing the #meditation.
